How are you all, I am sure now its time for Spring, and everyone will be busy in gardening
to welcome this beautiful season...
Its the time of colour, and happiness and hopes of best in coming time
So with that touch of beautiful colours today I am sharing
a recipe of a
Things you will need are
16 oz White flour
14 oz Castor Sugar ( I always like a bit less sweet)
12 oz Butter
4 tsp Baking Powder
5 Medium sized eggs
2 tsp Lemon juice
3 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Food colours of your choice, I used Gel food colours, but it can be normal liquid food colours...
And when I baked this cake again than I mixed jams of different flavour in each colour
for different taste...

1. Beat the butter and castor sugar until creamy ...
2. Add one egg with 1 1/2 tbs of white flour and beat ...
consume all eggs and flour like this one by one ...

5. At this stage I add the shredded cheese and beat again ...
6. I like to make 3 colour rainbow, so I took 2 tbs of batter in each bowl and mix the colour in it ...
7. And in the main batter I used a bit of yellow...
8. Now grease a tube pan and than dust it with some flour ... It help the cake to come out clean...
9. Pour some batter and than spoon your coloured batter ...
10. Again the next layer of main batter ...
11. Again add the colours and finish all the batter layering like this
and finally swirl the skewer in it for some pattern...
12. Oh my beautiful golden cake ... OK lets check the rainbow in it...

13. Oh it looks so beautiful.
Please come and have a nice cup of tea with this delicious cake...
It is very perfect for an afternoon tea with some nice tea or coffee ...
It is very light even after the little touch of cheese in it ...
You can eat as much as you like...

good idea to give a recipe from the scratch. You added cheese, thats amazing for me. I have never heard that and will give them a try. I think it adds some special spice to the cake. This cake is the perfect one for every kids party. Thank you for sharing your special skills.
