Chocolate Crunches

SWEETNESS OF CHOCOLATE
IN
ONE BITE

Hello to all...
First of all I want to excuse you all that today
I was going to announce about my
200 Followers Giveaway
but with some personal reason it delayed a bit
I am sorry for that ... but soon I will be with you on it...

Today I am here with you, you can say with a GUEST,
a very passionate baker and love to try
all recipes without any fear of

HOW IT  WILL TASTE...

My daughter Saneeah,
she is absolutely in love with baking and truly speaking
after her so much interest and perfection in it,
I almost left the baking.
 She is doing  BCA...
Bachelor in Computer Arts
and whenever got time loves to bake...

These crunchy bites which she shared with us today
are not very easy to make but also very quick to finish...
In just 15 minutes you can make them
and they taste so good
that I am sure that you cant stop
your hand from it one after another...

Little lovely muffin liners make them more appealing to eyes
and after eat one or two very tempting for your taste buds...

Ingredients:
4 (Large) Mars Bars
2-1/2 cups Corn Flakes (keep some extra on hand also)
4 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 tbsp Caramel Syrup- I prefer Hershey's (optional)
2 tbsp Chocolate Spread- I prefer Nutella (optional)
4 tbsp Nuts-According to your preference (optional)
Chocolate Chips  According to your preference (optional)
Decorative mini muffin liners
Yield about 50 crunches of 1.5"

Roughly chop the four Mars Bars into small pieces.

Put in a non-stick pan over low heat.
When the chocolate starts to melt, add in the condensed milk,
caramel syrup(optional), chocolate spread(optional).
Next add in the nuts and the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Don't let the chips melt completely, and remove the pan from the heat.

Immediately add in 2 cups of the corn flakes and mix very thoroughly
(hands work best :P),
such that the chocolate mixture sticks evenly onto the flakes.
While you are mixing;
add in the remaining corn flakes in small amount.
You might need a little bit extra in case
you have added a lot of chocolate chips.

Now form small balls of about 1.5"
and place them in the muffin liners and put them in the freezer.
They freeze almost immediately, 15-20 minute maximum,
then put them in an airtight jar and keep them in the freezer.

The more you add in the chocolate chips,
the hard the crunches will be.
Try using white chocolate chips as well as
they give a beautiful look.
Add, subtract the amount of cornflakes
according to you preference.

I am sure you would like to try them, specially kids will love it very much...
They can be a good choice for kids party...

Here I want to share some more her baking deliciousness
may be some next time she shared all this
or may be she start her own blog about baking...

How wonderfully talented she is! I do so hope she starts a baking blog. I've been after my son for a while to do one. He just graduated from culinary school. But, alas, he doesn't listen to me :)

Wonderful recipe - easy enough for me to give it a try!
